Attorney Recruiting, Development, and Diversity Coordinator

Buckley LLP
Washington, DC
United States

The Attorney Recruiting, Development, and Diversity Coordinator will be part of the Attorney Recruiting and Development Team, report to the Chief of Legal Talent and the Attorney Recruiting and Development Manager, and also work directly with our Hiring Partner on the expansion of our diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. A demonstrated interest in DEI is required and experience with DEI initiatives is a plus. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. Buckley will provide the Coordinator opportunities to develop professionally including involvement in groups like the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA), and the Professional Development Consortium (PDC).
