Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced HR Onboarding & Integration Coordinator to join its Charlotte, NC office. The HR Onboarding and Integration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of new attorneys and staff into the organization. The Coordinator will identify integration challenges, propose solutions, and optimize processes to enhance the onboarding experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing them with an overview of company culture, values, policies, and expectations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees, including timelines, checklists, and resources.
Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
Gathering feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience and using this input to continuously improve the onboarding process. Monitoring new hires' progress and addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter during the integration period.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to facilitate the integration of new hires into their respective teams, organizing introductory meetings and activities to foster relationships and communication.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, including attendance, completion of required training modules, and feedback received. Generating reports for HR leadership to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program and identify areas for enhancement.
Develops and maintains proficiency in Firm policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2-4 years related experience working in a recruiting or HR environment, previous experience in a legal office environment preferred.
Prior experience in HR, onboarding, or integrations roles preferred.
