Jennifer Bluestein, Chief Talent Officer at Perkins Coie LLP, will guide us through how mid-level associates in large firms can successfully make the transition from junior associate—by “stepping up” their performance to meet the expectations that partners have of associates with several years of experience. About The Presenter:

A strategic talent development leader, Jennifer Bluestein, Chief Talent Officer, is responsible for all talent strategy and human resources functions at Perkins Coie, including lawyer and staff recruitment, development, compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Jennifer spent more than 15 years at Greenberg Traurig and Baker & McKenzie and has a law degree from Pritzker Northwestern University School of Law.
Jennifer has authored two books for PLI on attorney development, "An Associate's First Year: A Guide to Thriving at a Law Firm," in 2018, and "Stepping It Up: A Guide for Mid-Level Associates" in 2020.
