Training That Sticks
How can we increase the odds that lawyers will follow through with their development goals after a training program? Is there more to managing accountability than carrots and sticks? This session offers strategies for avoiding “one-day wonders” through design techniques that can be employed before, during, and after programs to achieve measurable results.
The webinar will be led Tim Leishman, a PDC Trusted Advisor. Tim designs advanced training programs for lawyers in leadership, business development, and management skills. He has worked with firms of all sizes, including more than a third of the Global 100 law firms.
