The upcoming onboarding season will be like no other. In this remote environment it’s more important than ever to make sure your new associates feel welcomed and supported.

In this session, we’ll talk about tips and strategies to help make your onboarding programs effective and engaging, with a focus on remote programs. Topics will include:

• Introducing associates to the culture of the firm
• Ensuring impactful DEI training
• Supporting substantive legal training (especially since new associates can’t wander down the hall to ask for help)
• Fostering connection and developing meaningful relationships virtually
• The role that remote, interactive learning can play in all of this
