Mentoring Focus Group

Many of you know Ida Abbot's book, The Lawyer’s Guide to Mentoring. Ida is writing a second edition of the book and as part of her research, would like to hear from you about the state of mentoring in your firms and the issues and questions you would like her to address in the book. The PDC will be hosting two conference calls where any PDC members who call in will constitute a focus group. This will be a great opportunity for all of members to learn from each other about current mentoring practices and attitudes, new developments and approaches, and the challenges to effective mentoring that continue to face lawyers and firms.
