Over the past two years - and despite a global pandemic - executive and leadership coaching continues to put down roots in law firms. The latest Volta Coaching Insights Survey, based on responses from over 70 firms in the Am Law 200 and beyond, confirms this. That said, there is always a richer and more nuanced story behind the raw numbers. How are law firms embracing coaching as a tool to develop their most promising talent? Whats changing? What are the hurdles to creating robust coaching cultures? Join Milana Hogan, PDC Chair and Chief Legal Talent Officer at Sullivan & Cromwell, and Nicholas Jelfs-Jelf, CEO of Volta, as they discuss the stories behind the data, and the latest trends and developments in law firm coaching.
