Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in attorney professional development at two AmLaw 100 firms. In her current role, she is responsible for creating a comprehensive training and development curriculum for all attorneys at the firm and developing and overseeing the execution of strategies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She works with firm leadership to build effective policies and programs to aid in the creation of an inclusive workforce and the overall professional growth of attorneys, including learning, performance evaluation and improvement, on-boarding, and mentoring programs for the firm. Stephanie has a background in human resources management and is a frequent speaker, writer, and volunteer with NALP and the PDC.
