In this presentation, we’ll look at the developing trend in designing formal and informal training programs that combine legal, business, and technology skills for associates at all levels. We’ll also discuss a recent case study involving Morrison & Foerster’s transactional training program, in which the firm’s Attorney Training Group partnered with the firm’s Attorney Development Group to identify 10 critical skills, with dedicated programs for junior, mid-level and senior associates.

The presentation will also cover how firms are combining traditional training formats, just-in-time learning opportunities, and blended learning sessions to support associates throughout each stage of their careers.
