Jennifer will describe Skadden’s approach to new associate training through its ACE (Associates’ Comprehensive Education) program, which includes firm-specific substantive and professional skills training. Jennifer and Jim will discuss the benefits of a comprehensive associate training program like ACE—as well as the challenges and opportunities it presents.
