The ABA's groundbreaking study on attorney wellbeing exposes a professional culture that is unsustainable for continued inaction. This study finds that practicing attorneys and judges are abusing alcohol and experiencing mental illness at rates far in excess of other professionals. The ABA's study is the first comprehensive analysis undertaken in 25 years.
