During this program, law firm administrative professionals with hybrid roles that include diversity and inclusion merged with training, professional development, pro bono or recruiting, will discuss how they incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion in every facet of their roles. The goal of the program is to provide tools of how the “People” people can use the DEI lens to promote a more diverse and inclusive environment even if diversity is not in their job title.
