In this interactive program, we will discuss the current experience of Asian Americans in the law and focus on how we can support our Asian American colleagues by being effective allies in the workplace.

Asian Americans have the highest attrition rates and the lowest ratio of partners to associates among all groups and often cite unconscious bias and the lack of training as obstacles to career advancement.

Effective allyship is even more critical now as Asian Americans experience heightened stress and anxiety because of the increase in anti-Asian violence and harassment in society.
