Fenwick is seeking a Practice Management Coordinator who will be responsible for the daily execution of process and people management needs. The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team and play an active role in the implementation of key practice group initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities Include:

Administrative and Operational Support
- Organize meeting tasks and next steps including, maintaining meeting notes, setting agendas, conducting follow-ups and coordinating deliverables involving other firm departments as applicable.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the practice management team, specifically, assist the team with organizing headcount and recruiting data for attorneys and paralegals, manage processes around new hire onboarding, mentoring, training, department calendars and maintain internal staffing resources.
- Schedule and coordinate programs, events, meetings, and department activities; facilitate in-person gatherings and group meetings, including preparing and creating content.
- Conduct research, handle information requests, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheet files to help with process organization utilizing Fenwick systems.
- Assists in day-to-day management of associate and paralegal workflow and staffing processes.
- Assists with scheduling performance review meetings, including collection of feedback for all paralegals and assistants.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as requested.

Department Management and Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of department and/or practice group strategic priorities and coordinate tactical steps to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Coordinate department and practice group level projects to help support the plan as it aligns with the firm’s overall strategy.
- Prepare monthly practice group status reports to include utilization, headcount/FTE, revenue, expenses, realization, and related statistics.
- Monitor practice group budgets.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Practice Management, the qualified candidate will have 2+ years of law firm or other professional service experience. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent required.
