Leadership Team Support
-Work closely with the members of the GR & IPMT business services leadership team to provide appropriate levels of support with a consistent, reliable, timely, and high quality approach.
-Support the development and implementation of strategic plans.
-Coordinate materials necessary for the Practice Group Leader and wider leadership teams within the practice;
-Work closely with the Senior Business Manager to develop, organize, and schedule global leadership team and practice-wide meetings, including video conference and in-person settings.
-Develop a solid understanding of Hogan Lovells, and specifically the GR & IPMT practice group, including strategic priorities, capabilities, and the lawyers who sit within the practice.
-Regularly engage and coordinate with colleagues across business services functions (HR, Finance, M&BD, IT) to develop and execute projects.

Internal Communications
-Help draft and distribute various internal communications from the Practice Group Leader and other members of the leadership teams.
-Collaborate with the GR & IPMT business services leadership team to craft presentations and relevant materials for leadership team meetings and practice town halls and other programs.
-Consistently maintain internal communication mailing lists and practice group data.

Practice Operations Administration
-Provide administrative support for practice group events and meetings.
-Provide ad-hoc administrative support for the Practice Group Leader and members of the GR & IPMT business services leadership team.

Reporting
-Maintain various GR & IPMT practice-specific “trackers” and reports
-Produce cyclical and one-off reports for the practice group

Other
-Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Certifications and/or Experience
-Three (3)+ years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
-Bachelors degree from a reputable institution preferred.
-Experience working with partners, lawyers, or high level executives in a professional services setting.

Required Skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write clearly.
-Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Sound professional judgement.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
-Comfortable working as both part of a team and independently.
-Pragmatic, diplomatic and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities.
-Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude.
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.
-Excellent project management skills preferred.
-Proficiency using Microsoft Teams and Smartsheets preferred.

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
