Position Overview
The L&D Coordinator (CLE) will assist in the administration of the Firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, coordinate the firm's Learning & Development initiatives and programs, and assist with the design and execution of the training necessary for the firm to deliver the highest quality of work and service to our clients. The L&D Coordinator (CLE) will work with internal stakeholders, collect, compile, and analyze data, find creative ways to deliver programming, and coordinate all related logistics. The L&D Coordinator (CLE) will report to the Director of Learning & Development.

• Enters Firm-sponsored CLE programs into Micron CE Manager, the Firm’s CLE tracking database
• Acts as a single point of contact with the Learning & Development (L&D), Marketing & Business Development (M&BD), and the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) teams to coordinate invitations, materials, scheduling, and logistics
• Works with L&D and OGC to establish CLE program procedures for in-house and client programs
• Develops and maintains knowledge-base of all state mandatory CLE requirements
• Assists with the preparation and submission of mandatory CLE reports as required to maintain and ensure the Firm’s accredited provider status in key jurisdictions
• Maintains CLE program files
• Responds to attorney and staff questions regarding CE Manager, outside CLE vendors, the CLE process, and other related matters
• Updates CLE-related content on the Firm’s internal website
• Provides general administrative support to the global L&D team
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Coordinates the design and delivery of L&D programs for lawyers and business services, including:
• assisting with training needs analyses
• organizing timetables
• assisting with the design, delivery and facilitation of sessions
• coordinating with internal and external speakers
• managing the collection, compilation and analysis of data
• sending invitations, coordinating RSVPs and event logistics, managing attendance date
• preparing course materials
• Coordinates L&D organization and event sponsorships, including: checking requests, conference registration, ad design, logo submission, and invitations; tracking attendees; and handling other logistics
• Maintains regular updates for intranet and the firm website’s L&D pages
• Assists with tracking and managing the L&D budgets, and preparing budget reports as requested
• Maintains and administers the online e-learning products used by the firm as part of the induction process and other firm-wide L&D programs
• Ensures that training invoices and subscriptions are checked and paid on a timely basis
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to regularly report to work on the days and times scheduled

• This position may require up to 5% of travel annually.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with similar responsibilities in a law firm with multiple CLE jurisdictions
• Knowledge of state MCLE rules and procedures; familiarity with NY, CA, and IL rules a plus
• Experience with Micron CE Manager preferred
• Digital and e-learning design a plus
