We have an opening in our Human Resources Department for an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for HR systems support and will assist with general administrative tasks including general HR, benefits, staff recruiting, staff training, and payroll. This position can be based in any of our Bay Area offices.

Responsibilities Include:
- Processing and auditing HR system transactions
- Monitoring and responding to all items in the HR requests inbox, including responding to basic report requests
- Responding to general HR questions
- Providing basic HR policy interpretation and guidance to employee and partners
- Supporting data projects

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience with HR information and processes
- Ability to handle voluminous tasks and prioritize workload
- Excellent data entry skills
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
- Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Efficient, organized and ability to stay productive under pressure with tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- High level of professionalism

Reporting to the Senior HR Systems Manager, the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of office experience in a professional working environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-2 years of HR experience a plus.
