We have an opening in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ("DEI") Manager who will provide support to the Director of DEI, assisting with the implementation and enhancement of the firm’s DEI strategic initiatives and programs, and serve as a core member of the firm’s DEI team. This position can be based in our Mountain View or San Francisco (CA) offices.

Responsibilities Include:
- Operate within a cross-functional team to assist with implementing best practices related to the firm’s DEI strategic objectives
- Support the firm’s DEI Action Committee and various employee resource groups to develop action plans, timelines, and accountability mechanisms towards meeting their annual goals
- Work closely with Marketing to advise and partner on external communication related to DEI, including leading the submission of DEI information for RFPs, industry and client surveys, periodic DEI reports, and other client communications
- Collaborate with Legal Training and Development, Legal Personnel, Practice Management, and Human Resources, among others, on the implementation and execution of DEI initiatives to support diverse attorneys and professional staff, including but not limited to trainings and other development and engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with Recruiting on attracting diverse talent to the firm, including participating in job fairs and on-campus recruiting, conducting outreach to students, law schools, summer associates, and new hires, and promoting awareness of the firm’s DEI strategic initiatives and programs
- Translate data into written reports, tables, graphs and charts, and working with the Director of DEI, interpret data to provide written insight and commentary for practice groups, functional departments and firm leadership
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to the firm’s DEI I initiatives and programs, including escalating more complex inquiries as needed
- Assist the Director of DEI on the project management of several initiatives and programs to advance the firm’s DEI goals; develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other tools as needed
- Interface and coordinate with attorneys and diverse bar organizations regarding sponsorships, conferences, and other events. Coordinate and track firm sponsorships of diversity events and partnerships with strategically aligned organizations

- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Energetic orientation; driven to and energized by accomplishment

Reporting to the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the qualified candidate will have at least 5+ years of DEI experience, preferably in a law firm. Demonstrated experience in developing and administering DEI programs in a professional services environment. Bachelor's degree required; JD strongly preferred.
