Job Summary:
The Development and Diversity Coordinator plays a key role in providing professional support for implementing attorney development and diversity initiatives. The Development and Diversity Coordinator is responsible for providing project research and project management support to help the team achieve its goals.

Job Functions:
Administrative Tasks

Assists with the planning and execution of events, initiatives, programs, and workshops.
Maintains firm attorney development and diversity statistics, help prepare responses to client requests and industry surveys.
Tracks the return on investment for sponsorship programs and events, including tracking attorney and client attendance.
Develops development and diversity-related communications and create and manage a system to track attorney marketing efforts that include: client engagement, presentations, and speaking opportunities.
Tracks attorney development opportunities and individual development plans.
Assists in the administration of the Associate Review process.
Schedules committee meetings, create agenda and take minutes.
Tracks and manage expenses, shared calendar, travel, printing, event planning, etc.
Fellows Program Management

Coordinates scheduling and logistics for committee meetings, workshops, alumni programming, annual reception, and other events.
Manages all databases for current Fellows and alumni; prepare marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and related documents; track participants post-program graduation and reports on appropriate metrics.
Leads administrative aspects of application collection and review process.
Responsible for ensuring program applications are distributed, collected and available for committee review.
Participates in the application review and selection process and all Fellow workshops and other events.
Oversees special projects and other duties as assigned.
