Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is looking for a CLE Coordinator to sit in either its Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Irvine, Kansas City, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, St. Louis or Washington, DC office.

Position Overview
The CLE Coordinator will assist in the administration of the Firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and with other programs and projects as needed.

Responsibilities
•Enters Firm-sponsored CLE programs into Micron CE Manager, the Firm’s CLE tracking database
•Acts as a single point of contact with the Learning & Development (L&D), Marketing & Business Development (M&BD), and the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) teams to coordinate invitations, materials, scheduling, and logistics related to CLE
•Works with L&D and OGC to establish CLE program procedures for in-house and client programs
•Develops and maintains knowledge-base of all mandatory CLE requirements in each state with a BCLP office
•Assists with the preparation and submission of mandatory CLE reports as required to maintain and ensure the Firm’s accredited provider status in key jurisdictions
•Maintains CLE program files
•Responds to attorney and staff questions regarding CE Manager, outside CLE vendors, the CLE process, and other related matters
•Updates CLE-related content on the Firm’s internal website
•Provides general administrative support to the L&D department
•Performs other duties as assigned

•Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality
•Ability to be flexible, handle pressure, and adapt to changing work priorities
•Ability to professionally represent and promote the Firm
•Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Requires the ability to regularly report to work on the days and times scheduled

Education/Experience/Certifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
•Minimum three (3) years’ experience with similar responsibilities in a law firm with multiple CLE jurisdictions
•Knowledge of state MCLE rules and procedures; familiarity with NY, CA, and IL rules a plus
•Experience with Micron CE Manager preferred
