We have an opening for an Attorney Recruiting Assistant who will provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to the Attorney Recruiting department, including but not limited to: planning and implementation of the summer associate program law school student interview programs and the patent agent/engineer program; interview scheduling; new hire processing; and updating and maintaining our recruiting database. This position can be based in our San Francisco office (travel to MV will be required at least once a week).

- Ability to excel independently and as a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to accurately enter information in database, preferably Workday/LawCruit.

The qualified candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2 years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment.
