As the Attorney Development Coordinator, you will also works with the Attorney Development Managers (ADM) to assist with staffing matters.

What you do:

This position will be involved in all aspects of staffing attorneys with a team of Attorney Development Managers. The Attorney Development Coordinator will work with 4 ADMs on staffing cross-departmental and cross-office matters and identifying professional development opportunities for attorneys.
Coordinate and manage initiatives in support of the staffing strategy for assigned clients.
Assist ADMs with monthly and weekly reporting related to associate hours and productivity.
Manage reports and assist in the preparation for various meetings with firm leaders.
Provide assistance with onboarding of new and lateral attorneys, including preparation of materials, scheduling meetings, and responding to attorney requests for information.
Assist with attorney departure, relocation, and internal transition processes.
Assist with tracking and planning for attorney leaves of absence.
Maintain attorney advisor lists and track meetings.
Provide back-up support to ADMs when an ADM is away from the office handling other priorities, by responding to requests as needed.
Assist the ADMs with performance management processes, encourage evaluators to complete reviews, distribute review materials, and track attorney annual and mid-year review meetings.
Assist with planning and execution of social events.
Local responsibilities or additional duties that may be unique or specific to the role or location. These would be considered non-essential in nature.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s Degree.
2 + year of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Knowledge of Excel and database management (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft teams) essential.
Candidate must display excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, possess good judgment, able to work independently, and be able to handle confidential information discreetly.
