The PDC room block at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver has SOLD OUT.  Please note that the hotel has created a wait-list and will contact individual as cancellations are received. Call (303) 389-3305 to be added to the waitlist. 

See the list below of several nearby hotels hotels. Note that the PDC does not have contracts with these hotels and is providing the list as a courtesy only. The PDC cannot guarantee availability and room rates offered by these hotels.  

PDC has negotiated a discounted rate at the Four Seasons on a block of rooms for our attendees of $299+ taxes per night with single or double occupancy. PDC guests will enjoy fine room amenities with fast Wi-Fi, Nespresso in every room, and access to the gym and spa.

Hotel room reservations for the PDC Summer Conference can be made by one of the two methods:

Call-in: 

  • The direct number for in-house room reservations is 303-389-3300.
  • The best times to have your guests call are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mountain Standard Time).
  • Guests should specify they are calling in for "PDC 2022 Summer Conference" to receive the discounted rates. 
  • For reservation requests for pre or post nights, or upgraded room categories, guests should be advised to call the reservations number above. 
  • Once the contracted rooms are confirmed, the Hotel will offer best available rates at the time of reservation to call in guests

Online:

  • Go to http://www.fourseasons.com/denver
  • Click on "Check Rates"
  • Select dates and enter your group code (case sensitive): 220713PDC
  • Confirm room and details
  • The online webcode will not allow guests to book pre or post nights (before July 12 and after July 16) or upgraded room categories, these reservation needs should be made by calling our reservations department directly.
  • Once the contracted rooms are committed guests will no longer be able to book online and will have to call the hotel directly for best available rates at the time of the call. 

The room block closes on June 22, 2022, but is subject to selling out. Due to the popularity of past PDC Summer Conferences, we encourage you to book your room early guarantee a place in the hotel.
