2021 PDC Summer Conference

Request for Proposals

We are now accepting proposals for the 2021 Summer Conference, a hybrid live-virtual event taking place July 15-17, 2021 at the Charlotte Marriott City Center in Charlotte, NC. We are accepting proposals through January 22, 2021. All potential presenters will be notified at the end of February. Please note that there is not a confirmation email sent for applications, but if your application is missing anything, we will reach out prior to committee review.

Making Reservations

Online : Book your group rate for The PDC Summer Conference 

*Quick Tip* If you receive a notification that the group rates are unavailable through the link, try modifying your dates since one or more days may be sold out within the group. You can also call Central Reservations (1-800-359-3204) to check availability.

By Phone:

  1. Dial 1-800-359-3204 toll free.  Specify the PDC Summer Conference Room Block.
  2. Provide your arrival date and number of nights.
  3. Have a credit card available to hold the room.

Hotel Reservation information:

  • The last day to book within the group block is June 21, 2021.
  • Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.
  • The hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy which means that any cancellations must be processed more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a late cancellation fee in the amount of 1 night’s room and tax.
