2020 PDC Summer Conference

After much consideration, the PDC has made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Summer Conference originally scheduled for July 16-18 in Denver, Colorado. While we are disappointed that we will not get to spend time together in-person this summer, the health and well-being of our members and the larger PD community remains our top priority and we did not feel like we could safely and responsibly gather together in a large group next month. We thank you for your continued patience as we worked through all of the many considerations to find the best path forward for our members. 

• If you have already reserved a room for the conference within the PDC room block, the hotel has cancelled your reservation. You will receive an email cancellation notice directly from the Four Seasons hotel confirming the details. 
• Many of you expressed, in our recent Summer Conference Survey, a desire to gather together virtually if we determined that an in-person meeting would not be feasible. To that end, the 2020 Summer Conference Planning Committee is hard at work designing a virtual conference that will include some of the same, terrific content that they had been planning for July. The PDC Board of Directors would like to thank the Committee for all of the excellent work they have done thus far and for their unwavering commitment, enthusiasm, and willingness to adapt the programming to make it work in an entirely new, virtual environment.
