The PDC provides a forum for the exchange of ideas about the development of programs, materials and resources that will help members provide high quality training and professional development programs within their organizations. We provide opportunities to attend conferences that focus exclusively on the field of professional development within law firms, government agencies, and corporations, and the ability to connect with your peers nationwide to further your career and offer innovations and cutting edge applications from the PD field for the development of your firm and colleagues.

Participation in PDC Meetings

Participation in PDC conferences is open to all members. Recognizing that PDC members may have individuals on their training and development staff whom they wish to mentor and develop that do not meet the PDC criteria for membership, members are welcome to submit requests to bring non-member guests to PDC meetings. Invitations to PDC meetings are given by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
