One of the key benefits of membership in the Professional Development Consortium is the opportunity to attend a winter and summer conference each year that focus exclusively on the field of professional development within law firms, government agencies, and corporations. Conferences are two days in length and include external speakers as well as programs presented by members. These conferences are the place to find best practices, new and innovative approaches, and opportunities to meet and network with colleagues.

July 31 - August 2, 2008 Our conference theme will be Transitions: Our Attorneys, Our Firms, Ourselves. With the help of our peers and outside experts, we will explore the critical transitions that we all help lawyers make and/or experience ourselves in our professional development roles.
