One of the key benefits of membership in the Professional Development Consortium is the opportunity to attend a winter and summer conference each year that focus exclusively on the field of professional development within law firms, government agencies, and corporations. Conferences are two days in length and include external speakers as well as programs presented by members. These conferences are the place to find best practices, new and innovative approaches, and opportunities to meet and network with colleagues.

The 2009 PDC Winter Conference will be taking place February 5-7, 2009, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the lovely Arizona Grand Resort. The theme of the conference is "Innovation in Learning - Planning Cost Effective Programs and Tapping Internal Resources." The agenda has been designed for us to make the most of our current resources and to have immediate takeaways.
