One of the key benefits of membership in the Professional Development Consortium is the opportunity to attend conferences each year that focus exclusively on the field of professional development within law firms, government agencies, and corporations. Conferences are two days in length and include external speakers as well as programs presented by members. These conferences are the place to find best practices, new and innovative approaches, and opportunities to meet and network with colleagues.

The 2013 PDC Summer Conference is the premier networking and collaborative training program for PD professionals. This year’s conference includes presentations designed to advance your organization’s business goals; enhance your professional development and leadership skills; and to provide tools that demonstrate the value of professional development programs.
